If It Should…

If It Should

And if it should happen
that one day you play our song
when I am not there
know that I will hear it
because you are hearing it.
Know that I will not
turn my ears from you
when my chimes ring-
they are yours.
Know that I find instances of you
in distant songs
faint music
old books.
Know that I hear you when I drink
your soft voice
your brush of hair
your tongue full of eden.
And if it should happen
that one day I play our song
when you are not there
know that I will listen for you
as wind listens for doves.

Here she is getting ready for a Quinceañera that one of her girlfriends was having. It’s a big party too with lots of people coming from all over to celebrate this young lady as she becomes a woman. I hope you had fun Veronica, I love you.

One of the benefits of using a dedicated email application like Apple Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird is the ability to send emails which included rich HTML signatures. Unfortunately, because I managed all my email accounts via Gmail
’s web interface, the option was non-existent. That was until I discovered the Better Gmail Firefox extension.

Condemned murderer Robert Charles Comer fought for seven years to drop his appeals and be allowed to die. He smiled from the beginning to the end Tuesday as the sentence was carried out. Warden Carson McWilliams then asked Comer if he had any last words. The California native replied: “Yes. Go, Raiders.”

Here is Marina in todays Tracy Press. She was at the Health Fair on Saturday saying hello to this hound dog among other things. She really had a blast that day. She was so excited because she got lots of “free stuff” including a new bike helmet! What a cool event, anyway here she is hound dog and all! Thanks TP!

The records are beautifully packaged, double-weight vinyl discs that come with a unique code. With the code, buyers can download an unprotected, 320Kbps MP3 version of the music, to use however they like.

Candyland!

Whenever I look back
On the best days of my life
I think I saw them all on T.V.
I am so homesick now for
Someone that I never knew
I am so homesick now for
Someplace I will never be

Time won’t let me go
Time won’t let me go
If I could do it all again
I’d go back and change everything
But time won’t let me go

I never had a ‘Summer of 69′
Never had a Cherry Valance of my own
All these precious moments
You promised me would come in time
So where was I when I missed mine?

Time won’t let me go
Time won’t let me go
If you gave me back those years
I’d do it all better I swear
Time won’t let me go

If I could go back once again
I would change everything, yeah
If I could go back once again
I’d do it all so much better

Time won’t let me go
Time won’t let me go
If I could do it all again
I’d go back and change everything
But you won’t ever let me go

Here is Marina! I have been playing with an old Olympus Rangerfinder RC 35 camera using actual film if you can believe it! It’s fun playing around with the old cameras, this one belonged to my uncle, then my grandmother then my mom and dad. I ended up with it recently bought some film and gave it a go! Film cameras are dying rapidly, I had better expose some film while I can!

This morning I was out at the Tracy Clutch Burners Car Show here in town and posted a few pictures of cars that I liked. There were so many nice cars really, it was like a Good Guys event right here in town. If you are in the area the show runs till 4:00 and it’s worth checking out if you like bitchin cars! Here is the Flickr Set.
