We got our tree last weekend really, here it is after returning from our adventure in the wild, we didn’t get lost thank goodness. Thanks to Troop 505, Boy Scouts of America for the tree and for securing it to our vehicle!

Here are Veronica and April, so happy to be awaken early for tree shopping and as it turns out their rat (that was supposed to be lunch for the snake and is now a new pet, cause he was “too cute” to feed to the snake) was lost in the house which they decided not to mention to me. They have that I know something look on their faces, turns out Mr. Rat came back for food himself, all’s well in ratville. The snake is still hungry however…

This is April with Dr. Ford G Roberts, her Orthodontist, who is also a regular visitor to this site and always has nice things to day about my photography and the site in general. (thank you!) He worked on Lisa and more recently Veronica, and now it’s Aprils turn. I am so happy for April, she has been ready to get started for a while. Anyway we had a great talk about April’s plan and then we talked about camera’s and photography hehe it was great really, thanks again doctor! Anyway another interesting thing about Dr. Roberts is that his daughter was a student of my mothers in middle school and he says that mom was her favorite teacher that inspired her to do well in school. And so she did as she is teaching Art History at Harvard after graduating from Stanford! I am so impressed, how cool it must be to be an expert in art and work in a top school, world class, very nice. Well Dr. Roberts this post is for you, thanks for the encouragement and for taking care of my girls, Happy Holidays and I hope to chat again soon. -dp

Christmas Recital

Veronica played tonight in her first recital in several years after starting piano lessons again. She did great playing a piece that she really just learned. She had been practicing it everyday and it paid off as she nailed it in the performance. I have video too that April shot, Look for it soon!

Moslem Group Attacks Michael Savage: The Battle Between Taquiya and Talk Radio

CAIR has been pressuring Savage’s advertisers to pull their spots from his show, and I’m dismayed to learn that some businesses have capitulated to their demands. Among these cowardly companies are AutoZone, TrustedID, OfficeMax, Citrix Systems Inc., and JCPenny. I will have them know that as long as they dance with the Devil and boycott Savage’s show, I will boycott them and encourage others to follow suit. And I have a very long memory.
