Well here we go, back to school 2009! Veronica and April are in the same school this year as April starts High School and Veronica becomes a senior. Marina is in the second grade this year, she is really happy to be back and is having fun and making new friends already. They started last Wednesday really, I am late posting!

Here is the original crasher squirrel (via BoingBoing) and now everybody is creating their own. Sure is a cute little feller! hehe Amazing how he just popped up in the boat out in Don Pedro last weekend!
UPDATE: The fire has jumped the line again and is moving to the south, air support has been ordered including a big ass DC10. It’s really windy right now, I bet it’s getting hairy up on the ridges. God speed firefighters.
Wait, what year is this?
April played Red in the Tracy Performing Arts Foundations’ production of The Big Bad Musical this weekend! She was just great and we are really proud of her. Everyone was really so good in this performance and a perfect way to end all the hard work put into the last five weeks of drama camp. Congratulations April and everyone involved in this performance, you did a fantastic job!

Had a fun time yesterday with Lisa at an event called Taste Of Tracy where you could taste food and drink from various places in Tracy. We had some wine and listened to a cool Jazz band, Jeff Bordes & Panthelion. I really don’t think they were expecting such a large turnout, many places ran out of food and the lines were long. I would have been happy to buy a bottle of wine and sit back and listen to the band, but I was told “that was not allowed” come on Tracy, almost a cool event. Had fun hanging out with Lisa though, and the band was realy cool.
